Welcome to Survey Bridge ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Survey Bridge platform (the "App"), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through survey-bridge.org.

By accessing or using the App, including by signing in with your Google account and completing the onboarding process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all the terms and conditions, you are expressly prohibited from using the App. We reserve the right to make changes to our Terms at any time, with or without notice.

These Terms are effective as of the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The App is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and are legal residents of Ghana with a valid, registered Ghanaian mobile money number (MoMo) on a recognized network (MTN, Telecel, or AirtelTigo). By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a legal resident of Ghana.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• All information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete.

If you do not meet these requirements, you may not use the App.

To use the App, you must sign in with your Google account and complete the onboarding process, which requires verifying a live Ghanaian mobile number via SMS one-time password (OTP). This verification ties your account to a specific SIM card registered with a recognized Ghanaian network operator.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity related to your account.
• Creating multiple accounts or using fake identity information is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination.
• You may not share your account with any third party or allow multiple individuals to use a single account.

Survey Bridge connects you with market research surveys from third-party researchers. As a respondent:

• You are not guaranteed compensation for every survey invitation you receive.
• You must answer survey questions honestly and to the best of your knowledge. Intentionally false or misleading answers may disqualify you from receiving rewards.
• Some surveys may have eligibility criteria (demographics, purchase history, etc.) that screen you out before you begin. In such cases, you may receive a small thank-you incentive for screening questions, at our sole discretion.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or content of any survey. Survey content is the responsibility of the researcher who commissioned it.
• Participation in any survey is voluntary, and you may opt out at any time.
• We may modify or discontinue any survey at any time without notice.

Earned Incentives: You earn rewards for completing surveys as specified in each survey's description. Rewards are credited to your Survey Bridge wallet upon completion.

Withdrawal: You may withdraw your wallet balance to your verified MoMo number at any time. The minimum withdrawal amount is GHC 5.00. Survey Bridge pays all Paystack processing fees, so there are no charges to you.

Payment Speed: We aim to process withdrawals instantly. While we target 5-minute payouts for 99% of withdrawals, occasional delays (up to 24 hours) may occur due to network issues, bank maintenance, or verification reviews.

Payout Issues: If a payout fails, we will attempt automatic retry. If issues persist, our support team will manually resolve it, potentially via bank transfer as a fallback. You must report payout issues within 30 days of the expected payout date.

No Sale of Data: Your MoMo number and personal information are used solely for matching and payout purposes. We do not sell or share your financial details with third parties.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. A copy of the Privacy Policy is available on our website.

• We collect only the minimum information necessary to match you with relevant surveys and process your payments: your phone number, age bracket, gender, region, occupation, and MoMo details.
• We never ask for your Ghana Card, BVN, or bank account details.
• All personal data is stored securely and encrypted. We comply with Ghana's Data Protection Act (DPA) 2012 and are GDPR-ready for international users.
• You may review, edit, or delete your profile information at any time through the App settings.
• We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with legal obligations, whichever is longer.

You agree not to use the App to:

• Create multiple accounts or impersonate any person or entity.
• Submit fraudulent, false, or misleading survey responses.
• Attempt to manipulate, hack, or interfere with the App's functionality or security.
• Distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited communications.
• Collect or attempt to collect responses from other users without authorization.
• Engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or impair the App's functionality.
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

All content, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property displayed on the App, including but not limited to the Survey Bridge name, logo, and brand assets, are the sole property of Survey Bridge or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in or to the App or its content.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from the App without the prior written consent of Survey Bridge.

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SURVEY BRIDGE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND THOSE ARISING BY STATUTE OR OTHERWISE IN LAW OR FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USE OF TRADE.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE APP OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THE APP AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

WHILE WE STRIVE TO PROCESS ALL PAYOUTS ACCURATELY AND PROMPTLY, SURVEY BRIDGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY PAYOUT FAILURES CAUSED BY THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSORS (E.G., PAYSTACK), NETWORK OPERATORS, OR OTHER FACTORS BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SURVEY BRIDGE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE BEEN PAID BY SURVEY BRIDGE IN THE 12 MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED GHANASHIALE (GHC 100).

THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY APPLIES WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF STATUTORY DUTY, OR OTHERWISE, AND EVEN IF THE LIMITED REMEDIES PROVIDED HEREIN FAIL THEIR ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, we will cease providing access to the App and delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account or access to the App immediately, without prior notice and without liability, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms or violate applicable law.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity related to your account.
• We discontinue or modify the App or any part thereof.
• We are prevented from providing the App due to legal or regulatory requirements.

All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including, without limitation, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law provisions) shall remain in effect after termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall be exclusively submitted to the courts of Ghana.

If you are a consumer under Ghanaian law, nothing in these Terms shall deprive you of the benefit of any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are domiciled.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy of any nature whatsoever arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be finally settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1966, CAP 31 of the Laws of Ghana. The arbitration shall be conducted in Accra, Ghana, in the English language, and the number of arbitrators shall be three.

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
• No Partnership: Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and Survey Bridge.
• Assignment: We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent.
